Terms & Conditions

Please read this document with care and sign before your pets stay with us. We strive to give the best quality of care as possible but under the circumstance that your dog might need to see a vet, we will need your authorisation.

Drop off and collection

Our drop-off and collection times are arranged per person, on a case by case basis.  

Inoculations and vaccinations

All dogs must be fully inoculated against the following, Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Para Influenza and Leptospirosis and canine infectious bronchitis (Kennel Cough) and must have had a booster injection within the previous twelve months.

The Kennel cough vaccinations must have been carried out at least two weeks prior to your dog arriving at Woofy Woods.

Please bring your latest inoculation certificates with you for each stay, unfortunately without them we will be unable to accept your dogs.

All pets arriving at Woofy Woods should be free from internal or external parasites (fleas, worms etc.). Should any pet on arrival require treatment for these conditions, this will be done with prior signed consent from the owner on our T&C's form. A charge may be made for this on your pets departure.

Belongings

We have a variety of toys and bedding to keep your dog happy during their stay with us. We also stock different wet and dry foods for your pet, however if you would like to bring any belongings with you for your pets stay, just let us know. Please also make us aware of any dietry requirements your pet has in advance of their stay with us.

Emergency Care

Whilst we strive to provide the best possible care at Woofy Woods and each animal is closely monitored, pets are left with us entirely at the owner’s risk.

Any present or ongoing problems with a pet’s health or temperament must be notified to us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we believe to be of a poor temperament or ill at the time of boarding.

If your pet is on any medication during their stay, please provide clear instructions for administration and enough medication for the duration of their stay. In the event of illness or injury requiring medical attention, we will call your nominated vet and if the matter is serious, we will try to contact you as soon as possible.

In the event that medical treatment is required, we will take your dog to either your nominated vet or the (most local vet to Woofy Woods). Each visit to the vet will incur a cost of £X to cover time and fuel, payable on collection.

All medical costs incurred will be charged to the owners on the date of collection. We strongly advise that you have suitable pet insurance in place before leaving your animal with us.
